Inpatient Rehabilitation 

West Rest Haven provides the highest quality in Rehabilitation Services for Long-Term and Short-Term stay Residents. If a resident is admitted for Short-Term stay and would like to transition to Long-Term Care, it would be dependent upon bed availability.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

West Rest Haven provides the utmost quality care in Out-patient Rehabilitation Services. Our professional therapist specialize in individual care by evaluating and treating each patient one-on-one and are committed to assist patients with meeting their goals and reaching their prior level of function quickly. No hospitalization is required for this service, only a doctor’s referral.

The Speech and Language Therapist provides treatment for language, voice articulation and fluency disorders, as well as retraining for patients with memory thinking and processing problems.
